Biography

Khurshid Jahan is an Assistant Professor with over 14 years of teaching and research experience in the Department of Pharmacy at the World University of Bangladesh. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Pharmaceutical Formulation Technology at Jahangirnagar University. Her research interests include advanced formulation technology, physiology-based pharmacology, and phytochemical science. With a modern, studen tcentred teaching philosophy, she focuses on inspiring future leaders in pharmacy who can enhance patient care through safe and effective medicine use. She employs innovative teaching methods, integrates technology in the classroom, and encourages critical thinking and problem-solving among her students. She  has published in national and international journals and is actively engaged in research within pharmaceutics. In addition to teaching theoretical and practical courses, she contributes to curriculum design, supervises research and extracurricular activities, and provides academic mentorship and administrative support within the department.
