Biography

Mohidul Islam is a pharmacist, academic, and researcher currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy at World University of Bangladesh. He earned both his Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) and Master of Pharmacy degrees from Gopalganj Science and Technology University, Bangladesh. His research interests include pharmacology, natural product drug discovery, cancer therapeutics, formulation development, molecular pharmacology, and experimental pharmacology using in vivo and in silico approaches. He has experience in pharmaceutical research, university teaching, and industrial research and development (R&D), with expertise in laboratory techniques, animal model experimentation, and pharmaceutical formulation. He has authored scientific publications and is actively engaged in research on natural bioactive compounds and their therapeutic potential. As a registered pharmacist, he is committed to advancing pharmaceutical education, innovative research, and evidence-based healthcare.
