Biography
S. M. Sabrina Azom Sarna is a pharmacy professional, academic, and researcher currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacy at World University of Bangladesh. She earned both his Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) and Master of Pharmacy degrees Department of Pharmacy, University of RaJshahi, Bangladesh. Her research focuses on experimental pharmacology, toxicology, antioxidant therapy, metabolic disorders, and preclinical animal studies, with particular interest in evaluating the therapeutic potential of vitamins and bioactive compounds. She has experience in pharmaceutical research, university teaching, and industrial research and development (R&D), Pharmacutical Instrumentation and System Management with expertise in laboratory techniques, animal model experimentation, laboratory analytical equipment management, qualification, calibration, and quality management system (QMS) compliance, and pharmaceutical formulation. Previously, she served as a Guest Teacher in the Department of Pharmacy at the Institute of Health Technology, Rajshahi, gaining valuable experience in pharmaceutical education and student mentoring. She has authored scientific publications and is actively engaged in research on natural bioactive compounds and their therapeutic potential. As a registered pharmacist, she is committed to advancing pharmaceutical education, innovative research, and evidence-based healthcare.
